This pocket notebook covers the period January-July 1871. It contains lists of supplies in stock and labor costs for specific jobs. The labor cost accounts indicate the time worked on telegraph instruments and the total wages paid. In some cases, labor costs and the value of supplies taken from stock are tabulated for specific jobs. Approximately 30 pages of this unnumbered book have been used.
