This set of approximately 30 unbound pages, covering the period November 1871-August 1872, contains three groups of documents. Stockroom records for November 1871-January 1872 are on pages 9-16 and 23-30. These pages indicate the tools and supplies taken from stock. Pages 42-50 contain monthly summaries of the value of materials taken from stock, along with corresponding monthly labor costs for specific instruments, for the period January-May 1872. Pages 57-66 contain labor and cost accounts for March-August 1872.
