This volume covers the period December 1888-January 1900. There are also some entries from January 1907. The book contains a register of company stockholders. Also included is a partial list of increases in capital stock. The front cover is stamped "Preferred Stock" and is labeled "Dec 1888-to-Jan'y 1900." The spine is stamped "Stock Ledger Preferred Stock S.E.R.& M.[C]O." The book contains 126 numbered pages and an index. It was microfilmed at a reduction ratio of 15:1.
