These three bound volumes cover the period April 1901-August 1902. They contain inspector's reports and related documents, including correspondence. Most of the reports are by Morris D. Jayne; many bear marginalia by Edison, draftsman William Simpkin, and engineer Edward A. Darling.

Approximately 30 percent of the documents have been selected. The selected items contain substantive notations by Edison.
