This folder contains correspondence and other documents covering the period 1908-1910, with a few additional items from 1912 and 1915-1916. Many of the letters are by Frank L. Dyer and George F. Scull of the Edison Manufacturing Co. and Sigmund Lubin and F. W. Singhi of the Lubin Manufacturing Co. in Philadelphia. Included are documents relating to contract negotiations, royalty payments, and waterproofed film. A few items pertain to copyright law, censorship, and the U.S. tariff on motion pictures. There are also several letters concerning Edison's possible attendance at a birthday celebration for Lubin in 1912.
