This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to Seminole Lodge, Edison's winter home in Fort Myers, Florida. Included are items pertaining to the acquisition of real estate and to an electric launch purchased by Edison. Also included are items pertaining to the maintenance of the house and grounds.
