This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to foreign and domestic patent applications, patent litigation, and other patent matters. Most of the material consists of letters from Sigmund Bergmann and Frank L. Dyer regarding foreign storage battery patents.

Approximately 50 percent of the documents have been selected. Items not selected consist of routine correspondence about application fees or other patent matters and statements of account with the Brandon Brothers, French patent agents.
