This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to the use of Edison's name, whether authorized or unauthorized, for advertising, trademark, or other purposes. Included are letters from Samuel Insull concerning the use of Edison's name for subsidiaries of the Chicago Edison Co. Also included are letters regarding an Edison scholarship, an Edison school, and other similar uses of Edison's name.
