This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to the maintenance of Seminole Lodge, Edison's winter home in Fort Myers, Florida. Many of the letters are by Edison's caretaker, Ewald Stulpner. Included are contracts and correspondence regarding real estate, water pipes, and dock construction.

Approximately 60 percent of the documents have been selected. The items not selected consist of draft contracts for construction work and routine correspondence regarding Stulpner's accounts.
