This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to the patenting, manufacture, and sale of Edison storage batteries in countries other than the United States, Canada, and Germany. Most of the items are letters from consulting engineer Horace F. Parshall regarding the commercial exploitation of the battery in Great Britain.

Approximately 60 percent of the documents have been selected. The items not selected include letters of inquiry about batteries and their applications, along with documents that duplicate information in selected material.
