Document File Series -- 1870: (D-70-11) Vote Recorder
[D7011]

This folder contains a letter from DeWitt C. ("Bob") Roberts relating to Edison's first patented invention. Roberts was a telegraph operator for Western Union in Boston during the late 1860s. He helped find financing for several of Edison's early inventions, including the vote recorder and a "stockbroker printing instrument."

All of the documents have been selected.
