This folder contains documents relating to the business of Edison & Unger, a partnership established in May 1871 as successor to the Newark Telegraph Works, and dissolved in July 1872. The items for 1872 include correspondence, promissory notes and receipts, accounts, and an insurance receipt.

All of the documents have been selected except for some rough account calculations. The documents appear in the following order: correspondence, promissory notes, other documents.
