This folder contains documents relating to the Domestic Telegraph Co., which was incorporated in New York in April 1874 to exploit Edison's domestic (district) telegraph system as well as his fire and burglar alarm inventions. The items for 1874 consist of four agreements involving Edison, Joseph T. Murray, and inventor and engineer Jarvis B. Edson.
