This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to patent applications and other patent matters. Many of the letters are from Edison's patent attorney, Lemuel W. Serrell. Other correspondents include Edison associate Uriah H. Painter and the law firm of Porter Lowrey Soren & Stone. In addition to the correspondence, there are patent assignments, an agreement, and some financial material.
