This folder contains correspondence relating to the Philadelphia Centennial Exposition of 1876, at which Edison exhibited his automatic telegraph and electric pen. Also included are letters from Charles Wager Hull and Jerome V. C. Smith of the American Institute regarding the exhibition of Edison's new telephone.
