This folder contains Edward H. Johnson's account with Edison for the period 1875-1884, several accounts between Edison and George E. Gouraud concerning the telephone in the United Kingdom, and a list of promissory notes and their due dates.

Most of the other documents are trial balances and draft account sheets that were used in entering information into journals and ledgers (see Accounts Series). These have not been selected. Less than one percent of the documents have been selected.
