This folder contains correspondence and other documents reporting defects and problems in isolated lighting plants. Included are summaries of problems recorded in "defect books." Many of the documents are by Jonathan H. Vail, superintendent, and are addressed to Sherburne B. Eaton. Related material can be found in the Edison Electric Light Co. Bulletins (Company Records Series).
