This folder contains correspondence, agreements, and other documents relating to the business of the Edison Telephone Co. of Europe, Ltd. Much of the correspondence is by Edison's associates, George E. Gouraud and George H. Bliss. Included also is a stock prospectus for the Austrian Telephone Co., Ltd. Some of the correspondence is in the form of cable messages to and from "Noside London," a code name used by Gouraud.

All of the documents have been selected except for duplicate copies of selected documents and copies of cable messages in Letterbook, LM-001 (Letterbook Series).
