This folder contains correspondence pertaining to the business of the Edison Phonograph Co. Most of the letters relate to taxes owed by the company to the State of New Jersey. There are also letters about patent applications and the election of company officers. Among the correspondents are Eaton & Lewis and Dyer & Seely, two law firms that handled company affairs.
