This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to the business of the Ott Manufacturing Co., which was organized by Edison and others to facilitate the transfer of assets from the North American Phonograph Co. to the National Phonograph Co. Included are letters about the appointment of company officers and a copy of the company by-laws.
Approximately 50 percent of the documents have been selected.
