This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to Edison's real estate holdings. Also included are unsolicited letters offering to sell land or construction services. A sample of these letters, bearing Edison's reply in the form of marginalia, has been selected. Among the correspondents for 1912 are Delos Holden of the Legal Department and Talbot Root, chairman of the Fire Committee in Glen Ridge, New Jersey.
