This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to the business of the Lansden Co., a Newark-based manufacturer of electric wagons in which Edison for a time held the controlling interest. Included are items concerning Edisonâ€™s financial obligations and the companyâ€™s receivership and reorganization.
