This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to the Edison Crushing Roll Co., which licensed and installed Edison's crushing rolls and collected royalties for their use. The two selected items were sent to Edison by his associate William H. Mason. Included is a report regarding negotiations with the Chile Copper Co., a Guggenheim concern.

Less than 5 percent of the documents have been selected. The items not selected pertain to the operations and output of licensees and the collection of royalties.
