A report by president Kirk Brown refers to the companyâ€™s relocation from Glen Ridge to Bloomfield, New Jersey, as well as to the impact of the war on the company's business. Also included in the report is a comparative balance sheet for the period 1913-1914, signed by treasurer Frank L. Dyer.
