This folder contains correspondence and other documents concerning the Condensite Co. of America, a producer of chemical products and synthetic waxes. A report by president Kirk Brown refers to the company’s relocation from Glen Ridge to Bloomfield, New Jersey, as well as to the impact of the war on the company's business. Also included in the report is a comparative balance sheet for the period 1913-1914, signed by treasurer Frank L. Dyer.
