This folder contains documents relating to the Edison Industrial Works, a company organized on July 24, 1890, to conduct a manufacturing business. No stock was ever issued, and the company surrendered its rights and franchise as a corporation in 1896. The selected items pertain to the dissolution of the Edison Industrial Works.
