This notebook was probably used during the early or mid 1880s. It contains entries from January 16 and 17 (no year) by an unknown laboratory assistant. The entries consist of a series of rough notes relating to chemical experiments. In the middle of the book are a few drawings of dynamo armature windings. The pages are unnumbered, and there is no notebook number on the front cover. The book contains approximately 120 pages.
