It provides weekly compilations of the laboratory payroll, listing the hours and pay for all employees and detailing how their labor was charged to individual experimental projects and other laboratory accounts. The book consists of approximately 60 sheets. The front cover is stamped "Distribution of Labor. No. 6 Laboratory, T. A. Edison. Orange, N.J."
