On the first page is a copy of a letter from Mina Miller Edison to the Miller Brothers regarding the address of Mrs. Ezra T. Gilliland. The front cover is stamped "Note Book." The pages are unnumbered, and several pages have been removed from the book. Approximately 40 pages have been used.
