Notebook Series -- Pocket Notebooks: PN-07-00-00.1 (ca. 1906-1907)
[NP072]

This undated pocket notebook was used by Edison, probably during 1906 or 1907. It resembles PN-06-00-00 in content. Included are lists and descriptions of experiments to perform, as well as more speculative notes regarding the "Edison effect," x-rays, electricity, "wireless," and the properties of light and of metals. Many of the experiments pertain to the chemical composition and construction of storage battery components. Others relate to thermocouples, electromotographs, and acoustic devices. Among the employees mentioned in relation to individual experiments are Ralph Arbogast, Charles Dally, Walter E. Holland, Frederick P. Ott, John F. Ott, and O. A. Rogers. The pages are unnumbered. Approximately 75 pages have been used.
