This pocket calendar, which bears the printed notation "Diary for Balance of Year 1916" on the front cover, was acquired by Edison on November 16, 1916, at the 148th annual banquet of the Chamber of Commerce of the State of New York. Two pages were subsequently used for notes on chemical experiments.
