Litigation Series -- Quadruplex Case, Volume 71: Defendant's Exhibits
[QCC02]

These exhibits appear in Volume 71—the second of three volumes of litigation records in Atlantic and Pacific Telegraph Company v. George B. Prescott, Western Union Telegraph Company, Lemuel W. Serrell and Thomas A. Edison. The so-called Quadruplex Case involved rights and title to seven Edison patent applications pertaining to duplex and quadruplex telegraphy. Included is the plaintiffs' bill of complaint in the case of the case of George Harrington and Thomas A. Edison v. The Atlantic and Pacific Telegraph Company and Jay Gould (Exhibit 35; pages 44-114).
