Litigation Series -- Telegraph Law Cases:

This volume, entitled "Telegraph Law Cases -- Miscellaneous," is the fifth of five volumes of litigation records involving rights and title to Edison patent applications pertaining to duplex and quadruplex telegraphy. Many of the items are duplicates of documents in the Quadruplex Case volumes and are identified as such in the contents list below.

CONTENTS

The court records followed by the designation TLC are from "Telegraph Law Cases -- Miscellaneous." The other court records in this volume were not selected, primarily because they are duplicates of court records filmed in Quadruplex Case (QC) volumes 70-73 or elsewhere in TLC.
