These court records appear as Exhibits 18 and 19 in the plaintiff's bill of complaint for the case of Western Union Telegraph Company v. George Harrington, Thomas A. Edison [et al.]. Exhibit 18 is the bill of complaint by Edison and Harrington in the related case of Thomas A. Edison and George Harrington v. The Western Union Telegraph Company and George B. Prescott. Also included in Exhibit 18 are fourteen exhibits, a demurrer by Western Union, and a demurrer by Prescott. Exhibit 19 is an agreement between Edison and Western Union, December 14, 1875, releasing each party from any legal claims by the other.
