This 7-page pamphlet contains testimony given by Edward Weston, Benjamin Silliman, Jr., and several other Weston associates between January and April 1882 in a patent interference involving Edison and Weston. Included in the testimony are discussions of the technical and commercial development of Weston's dynamo. A number of pages contain significant handwritten comments by Edison.
