This folder contains material pertaining to the suit brought by the New York Phonograph Co. against the National Phonograph Co., Edison, the Edison Phonograph Co., and the Edison Phonograph Works in the U.S. Circuit Court for the Southern District of New York. The case was initiated in January 1901 and involved territorial sales rights.
