This eleven-page document is a chronological history of the case of George Harrington et al. v. Atlantic & Pacific Telegraph Co. et al. from its initiation as an equity suit in the U.S. Circuit Court for the Southern District of New York in 1876 through its appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 1910. The document is part of the 116-page Brief for the Defendants filed by attorneys Rush Taggart and Henry D. Estabrook. It can be found in Record Group 276, Records of the United States Courts of Appeals.
