This 322-page volume is the second of three selected volumes in the case of George Harrington et al. v. Atlantic & Pacific Telegraph Co. et al. initiated in the U.S. Circuit Court for the Southern District of New York. The selected documents consist primarily of exhibits that were entered into the record by the attorneys for the defendants. The April 1905 testimony by former Atlantic & Pacific officials Albert B. Chandler and Thomas T. Eckert, which precedes these exhibits, has not been selected. Also not selected are the amended bill of complaint, defendants' answers, and judgment in the case of Atlantic & Pacific Telegraph Co. v. George B. Prescott, Western Union Telegraph Co., Lemuel W. Serrell and Thomas A. Edison, which were entered into the record following Chandler's testimony as Exhibit 10 (pp. 98-177). These documents can be found in Quadruplex Case Vol. 70 in the Litigation Series.
