[X042B]

This item from March 1909 is a letter from Edison to William A. Croffut, a New York reporter who in 1878 gave Edison his nickname "The Wizard of Menlo Park." The letter contains an inquiry about Croffut's health, comments on a mutual friend and on Croffut's latest book, and an invitation to visit the West Orange laboratory.
