This pocket notebook is from box 14 in Series 1 of the William J. Hammer Collection. The one dated entry is from December 1, 1882. Included are notes pertaining to the preparation of carbon filments for incandescent lamps and to the testing of lamps at the Edison lamp factory. The pages are unnumbered; approximately 75 pages have been used.
