These documents relate to property owned by Edison at Menlo Park, New Jersey, and at Fort Myers, Florida. Included are an abstract of title and assignment of mortgage, with marginal notations in Edison's hand, pertaining to the Menlo Park property purchased in 1876. Also included are abstracts of title, warranty deeds, and other items from 1906-1919 relating to the transfer of property from Edison to Mina Miller Edison.
Most of the documents are from Envelopes 20 and 47 of the Kellow File, which was maintained by Richard W. Kellow in his capacity as secretary of Thomas A. Edison, Personal, 1916-1921.
