This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to personal matters, along with documents that deal with more than one subject or that do not fall under the main subject categories. Among the items for 1874 is a letter from George E. Preece, secretary of the Society of Telegraph Engineers in London. Also included is a draft circular for Edison's inductorium, an electromedical device for administering electric shocks.
